Print on demand creates custom products per order.

We don't keep stock and we try to keep quality high with reasonable pricing.

If you do receive a product that is not the print you paid for, or has a printing defect you can be sure we will replace the item or issue a refund to remedy the situation.

If you receive a product with any issue, take some photos of the problem and include them with your contact mail. Photos can really help move these situations along quicker and although rare. These things do happen sometimes.

Being a new start print on demand service means we have a limited capacity for accepting returns for other reasons. If you have just changed your mind and would like another design instead or want to change the T-shirt color for another we unfortunately won't be able to offer a swap.

Our advice is to do a second check on your choice before ordering. Double check you are picking the shirt color you want most. Check your sizing if unsure and have a good close up view of the design you are going for. We want all our customers to have a great experience and with that little bit of extra attention most issues can be avoided.
